Expert Technical Advisor to an Institutional Investor


Task

We provided expert technical oversight in due diligence and asset valuation proceedings pursuant to the investor acquiring a substantial stake in a major Turkish international airport.

Tasks included:

  • Interfacing with transaction stakeholders
  • Interfacing with specialist consultants
  • Reviewing third party technical input/finding
  • Technical oversight and inferences on transaction proceedings

Results

The transaction objective was successfully concluded at the target airport.
